Greater Cincinnati Calligraphers' Guild

Pointed Pen Mandalas

Our next Guild meeting will be held on April 21, at the Corryville Public Library from 10 a.m. to noon.

Jane Farr, president of the Indiana Calligraphy Guild will demonstrate mandalas using a pointed pen. Bring ink, an oblique pen holder with flexible pointed nib, and plain bond paper.  If you don’t have an oblique pen holder, a straight pen holder will work.  Jane will also demonstrate creating a mandala with a broad edge pen.  For more information on Jane and her artwork, check out the following websites.

Also, if you have pieces of artwork ready for our upcoming exhibit at The Knolls of Oxford, please bring them to the meeting, if possible. There will be another drop off time available at a later date.
