Please join us this Saturday, November 16 at 10 a.m. at the Evendale Cultural Arts Center for our monthly meeting. (NOTE: Site change, we will be in the main building on the corner of Glendale Milford and Reading Rd.) Cathy Brewer and Patricia Ross will be be showing us the process of matting and framing. Just in time for Christmas gifting.
Details: This will be a hands-on, framing work-shop.
Basic processes of mat and glass cutting, assembly/finishing will be presented. An additional application of calligraphy on mat/alternate-insert, French lines will be presented.
Members should bring:
- Item (ie: calligraphic…or other) to frame-or- minor frame repair for existing piece.
- Frame &/or frame pieces; already desired size.
- If matting is desired; bring choice of mat board for use.
While hardware, hand tools for basic framing will be provided, members are welcome to bring any tools they prefer.

Holiday Maker’s Fair at the ECAC
The Evendale Cultural Arts Center will be holding a Holiday Maker’s Fair Sunday, Dec. 15, 10-3 p.m. at the Bell Tower Arts Pavilion. If you are interested in being a vendor, please let me know and I will forward the information to you.
