We need your art work!
They can accommodate from 10 to 26 pieces of artwork. The requirements are…
Location: ECAC Building, Upper Hall Gallery (Second Floor)
Gallery Space:
- Accommodates as few as 10 and as many as 26 pieces
- Each piece should be framed and wired for hanging
- Our team will ensure optimal display and help to hang the works
Event Highlights:
- No formal opening reception, but…
- Fall and holiday visitors at the Cultural Arts Center will view the works.
- Promotion: Monthly Village newsletter, Facebook, Google Business listing, and you are welcome to promote the exhibit as well!
Display Cards:
- I’ll need an emailed list of the works, to include each title, artist’s name, and price (or “NFS” for “Not For Sale”)
- If you would submit this information by September 30, I can get display cards printed
- Please include the Artist contact details (email, phone) in case a patron wants to connect or has a question about a work
Sales Approach:
- We can collect funds, then pay artists directly, or,
- Patrons can write checks directly to artists
- Artists can leave business cards for patrons to take
- The Guild is welcome to leave flyers about the organization
Work Pickup:
- We can coordinate in January after the holiday rush
So, please bring any new or old art that you’d like to display. It would also be fun to hear about the art work. What was your inspiration, what materials you used, what Hand you lettered.
But most importantly….
We need your ideas for guild meetings for the year.
Let’s discuss and make a plan for the year. Also, please note that the dates originally given for 2025 were incorrect, so at left are the corrected dates.
If you cannot attend, please feel free to reach out with any meeting ideas or suggestions. This is everyone’s calligraphy guild and we want to know the type of things our membership wants to do and see.

1000 new vintage documents are yours for the viewing! Introducing the Henning Collection, available to IAMPETH members now.
The first day at the San Antonio conference, the board learned that a priceless collection of vintage specimens was for sale. We knew this was a once-in-an-association’s-lifetime opportunity we could not pass up. The Henning Collection contains the original documents from An Elegant Hand, plus other pieces that did not make it into the book. There are more than 1000 specimens from prestigious penmen key to our history, including Henning, Courtney, Madarasz, Palmer, Brown, Dennis and more. There are letters containing correspondence between penmen, photos from the Palmer Method Summer School (sign me up!), bird flourishes, alphabets, books, engrossed pieces and so much more.
The Board is pleased to share that we have purchased the collection and digital scans of all pieces! The collection is live at on iampeth.com and is available exclusively for IAMPETH members. The collection will also be available to view in person at the 76th annual conference in Norfolk, Virginia (July, 2025).
